Just a detail to correct you, we (Hell Militia) have not sent any master to Marcel, but we were supposed to have our Lp released by him, and just as everyone, no news have arrived for ages...

LSK and Torturer could surely tell you more about that, but I think that most of the bands are facing the same problem than us...

Luckily he had returned the master a year ago so I could burn the stuff properly to CD-R for him, so I still have my own copy of it and we can release the EP on another label any time. No need to hunt him down for me, maybe you can do the job when you visit Der Beck on your next trip to Germany...

Oh, the material I am talking about is Encomium/Graupel split, but I guess there is more than a dozen of bands with the same problems, since he already had material for the next one and a half Black Metal Endsieg EP's as well as most of Jerusalem Massacre LP comp if I am not mistaken...

Marcel still has my masters for the LP version of "Saeculum Domini",first Corpus Christii album and the Storm Legion track for next Black Metal Endsieg 4way split EP,not to forget he owes me 8 Blackdeath LP´s,so yeah,i´m pretty pissed off

Well, at least Black Metal Endsieg remains the originally announced trilogy now instead of getting some more sequels for the sake of cashing in...

All of us used to be in contact with him, but it is more or less impossible to contact him now... rumours over here say he moved away or he is in a (mental?) hospital, finally getting some professional help with his alcohol problems or whatever. But no one seems to know any facts, even contacts who have known him personally for years...

Well if he is in a hospital then maybe thats the reason he hasnt been able to send people there stuff, he should at least tell them where he is though, but Mr. Imperial said he refused to send the masters.

On my side, I never asked him to send me the masters back, but to at least to keep me updated about what was going on, be it for the best or the worst.

This, of course, would be easier if emails would reach him and not come back to me since 3 months or so..

In this case i think the bands should be most kicked in the ass, it´s well known that this bastard ripped off a lot of underground supporters (costumers), so it wasn´t a surprise he would begin to rip bands as well off. So i´m asking myself how dumb or ignorant must be someone to work with this piece of shit together??? Sure everything is fine until bands get their copies, pffff... I´m pretty sure you have been warned by german people (and also by others) how SOMBRERO KVLT act around (not sending orders or even the false LPs without asking people etc.). I´m sure a lot of people would admit.

This is just another fucking jewish dishonourable behaviour in the so called scene !!! I´m glad this alcoholic subhuman disappeared...

The Satanic Blood debut album and Funeral Winds demo's LP + split 7" with Apolokia were planned for release in early/mid 2003 on Sombre.
I don't believe Marcel Spaller is in a mental hospital, perhaps he has some tax problems?
Anyway he should inform at least the bands he signed and return their masters.

m.k. is the man behind apolokia. no other k. members. and btw he knows nothing about that split 7" as they are actually concentrating on the first full lenght which shall be released somewhen this year.

That's strange because Funeral Winds had already one track ready for that split ep, and Marcel told em that it would be a split ep with Apolokia.
There seems to be no contact between both bands so perhaps this project was only realised within Marcel's brain.
Funeral Winds agreed with this offer from Sombre + ofcourse the demo LP.

It is not so strange considering that Sombre used to plan his releases without even asking the band first...

It seems Marcel did arrange many split´s without the knowledge of the bands. I only say MOONBLOOD/SATANIC WARMASTER Split EP and the MOONBLOOD/KRIEG Split LP....

Total bullshit. Then only thing is that the songs were not remasteres as the band wished it. Now Balor claims it is a bootleg because it´s not remastered and everyone thinks that Sombre released it completely theirselves. This LP was planned for a long time, there was a huge delay on it because of a VENOM cover which was missing. Balor should stop smoking weed all the time....

Yes, this is correct. Marcel gave me the full impression that he had MOONBLOO material he was entitled to release as he wished, but luckily after a huge delay and getting in contact with Gaamalzagoth, I found out it was all just a scam, and I was able to avoid this obvious humiliation of being featured on a semi-bootleg.

That might be true, but to label this a bootleg is simply not the right thing. As I know Marcel had the permission to release it. That he fucked them later is another story...

I also heard many people who should get a copy reserved on request of MH got no copy.

Someone knows what happened with Marcel Spallers Sombre Records label and the LP's he wanted to release like the Darkstorm LP or Jerusalem Massacre Compilation ? Somebody told me that he is / was in mental asylum ?
