I guess this goes along with the idea of playing in front of a larger crowd in the hopes that more people will be interested, which means more record sales. Not that Immolation were thinking that, but that is probably the basis for their involvement. Once again, it is that fine line of being a musician and a business entity at the same time.

Weird...is it not that often that Immolation plays in Europe ?
I'm sure they'll come back I mean here they tour all the time here, they're a touring band, so I'm assuming it shouldn't be a problem :-\

OK, not much to say about the show, it was just GREAT ! Immolation are definitely a killer live act, new tracks sound good on stage.

And not so surprising, a few people had really come to see Immolation, and didn't give a fuck about CoF.

Le Bataclan is quite a cool place, for big gigs though (could/should replace La Locomotive, to my mind !). The sound was really good for Immolation. (CoF had their usual mix in which you only hear drums, screams and synths).

Immo would usually play paris once every two years or so
or france once every two year

though it has been their second gig in the place since the xmas fest
but still
i'd rather see them than most of the dm bm bands of today that are touring
