Did you need to license this from Tommy@Christcrusher Prods?
Normally the label "owns" the release, but in this case maybe you just needed to co-operate directly with the band???
Also: Are there any confirmed North American distributors?

I will post distributors later, as I'm starting to focus more on the wholesale requests today. Seems there are a few distributors in the US interested in buyng some copies.

Took me ca 15-20 hours in total to make those covers where I work.
Alot of work, but the result ended up pretty good I must say.
I think I ruined something like 20 copies by throwing them around during hissyfits...
