Agonia don't want to get into trouble because of this possible

There is no copyright for "The oath of black blood" as even the first press by Turbo music had been done without Holocausto approval, it's just the "Demonomancy" demo and "Dawn of Satan .... " 7"Ep.

About Holocausto, I think is still alive, to contact him maybe try Spinefarm as he was working for them and he even released the "Beast of ..." on Spinefarm in order to make an official release against all these bootlegs.

Didn't Turbo Records rip off Beherit anyhow? I think Nuclear Holocausto works an office job now, there was a website with a picture of him, but maybe it was all bs. Didn't get a reply to my email.

this release - Oath of Black Blood - sounds like a fucking joke as if a poor annoyed finnish guy was trying to get an album.
it's like Werewolf, semen and blood, it's fukkin useless and it's more something you can laugh at instead of being caught by an eventual 'evilness' saught by the music.

Firstly "Oath of black blood" is just a rerelease of one demo and one 7"Ep so this poor finnish guy wasn't trying to made a Lp !! It's Turbo music who release it without permission !!!!
The only "true" BEHERIT Black Metal Lp is "Drawning down the moon" and it is excellent !!!

The "Werewolf semen and blood" is also a re-release of this same 7"Ep (Dawn of Satan's millenium) + the song "Werewolf.." on the split 7"Ep with DEATHYELL !!!

And the "Messe des morts" was release long time before the re-release with ARCHGOAT "Angelcunt" !!!!!

So I think the one who have to get some culture is you !!!!

and I must admit the music and atmosphere make me laugh.
once again dealing with the music in itself Messe des Morts was the only relatively impressive stuff I've heard from them and I didn't care if that was a single release or not as I took the whole split with Archgoat as one piece of black arts.
the culture I was dealing with stands on another plan than the concrete thing of releasing something on whatever support .

I don't understand how you can say all BEHERIT is shit and laughable, and says the only great one is "Messe des morts" which is the most "I don't mind" recording he did. I have seen a new pic of Holocausto as well, it just a one page website with one pic and a few infos about "DJ Gama". It showed a bald guy with sunglasses and a one coloured shirt. It was blurred in green somehow but you could see his tattoos. Someone on the FMP board posted the link some time ago, I can´t find it anymore.

So we know that Holocausto is a different person today, most likely left his black metal past behind. People take different paths, it's inevitable. But what does matter is it might have been a phase, but during Beherit's time it was true Satanic chaos, and they surely felt it.

Marko/H. hasn't sign the contract with them yet.
He would like to keep "The beast of Beherit" as the
band's official release, but ...

Finally, 'The oath...' LP will be "officially" re-issued
through Spinefarm.

I worked with / for Holocausto and Beherit between 1990
and 1992 and he was reliable and honest !

I also worked for Turbo/JL America (and Seraphic)
I can say all of them were fucking rip-offs !!!
